"perfect hideaway"

Attractive, comfortable apartment with excellent facilities. Particularly liked the option of using the communal kitchen and sitting area. Quiet location, easy on-street parking

The fact It was meant to be a entire flat but it was a bedroom with a bathroom with shared kitchen,lounge and utility room was a big disappointment.

"A quiet cosy night"

Loved the decor, lovely soft carpet, modern bright bathroom, felt like home

The bed was small but only because we have a superking at home, otherwise was totally comfortable

Our 2nd visit, we love the room, everything we need. It’s very luxurious and comfortable. We will definitely be using Green Nest again for future visits to Eastbourne!

"Comfortable stay, clean, could open windows, kitchen and washing facilities, great bathroom."

There was a washing machine & dryer, cooking facilities in a communal kitchen.

The communal kitchen needed to be cleaned up a bit more often with rubbish being removed. The TV in communal area was unwatchable due to the internet?

"Very clean, spacious room - milk would have made it excellent!"

The room was a great size and very clean.

It would have been so good to have some milk on arrival after a very long train journey, especially as tea and coffee are provided. It would also be good to mention that no breakfast supplies are provided - I know this is not a 'given' but would be useful to know in advance.

"Nice find"

Very well appointed room disappointed that there was no live TV in the room I was able to use iPlayer but there was a particular program that I wanted to watch on one of the other terrestrial channels and was unable to do so but that didn’t distract from a very nice well maintained room

Not wanting to open the window on this very very hot night due to the flat roof outside and as a single woman traveller felt unsafe to do so
