"Lovely getaway"

Very clean and spacious room, had everything you needed inside! Loved the private fridge, coffee station and TV. The communal areas were clean and inviting. Location was good very walkable to town centre, easy to find and park outside. Had a lovely stay in general.

"Amazing, comfy, modern and clean!"

Absolutely amazing, very clean and modern room. I loved my stay there and if i will ever be in Eastbourne again, I would definitely come back. Room has everything you need, even board games which was very nice pleasant surprise!

It was a bit tricky to unlock the main doors of the house, maybe better instructions should be given prior to check in.

"out of the way and a distance from anything but not an apartment for sure"

It was very clean and tidy

This was not an apartment it was a room in a house there is no tv so take some reading material . There’s is a kettle but needs to be filled in the hand basin but can’t fit in the sink. But it was only one night and the room was average but very clean .
