City Centre Apartments SPLIT OLD TOWN

Very central location, everything i needed was within walking distance!

On my last day, while I was relaxing at the apartment, somebody pulled down the handle of the entrance door. It was locked, so the person couldn’t get inside, and by the time I got up to open the door, the person was already heading downstairs and out. I don’t know what the purpose of this unexpected visit was, and I can not blame it on the owners as they can’t control who comes in and out :) just thought it was strange as the entrance is a bit hidden from the Main Street, and the apartment is in the top floor, and that the person didn’t even knock before trying to enter.. might have been a one time thing, but putting it out here as an encouragement to people renting the place after me, to keep the doors locked both when out exploring the city, and while relaxing in the apartment, so you don’t have unwelcomed guest :)

Sensational location and great view

Ac didn’t work, only the fan and it was hot. Owner claimed ac was fine, recently serviced, service guy had come during our first day but no cold gas was getting to that ac. We only had 2 nights in split but this wasted a fair chunk of our first night. Agent was great and relocated us to a better apartment that was unfortunately 1km away.

The air condition did not work well so it was very hot. Otherwise it would be a good stay

Location 10/10 right in the Old Town.

Quilt a little stained and tv didn't work - told somebody would be sent round but nobody came (maybe coz it was a weekend!) But minimal problems, didn't spoil our stay

The apartment was very cute and had amazing view.

The roof was just abit short so if you’re a tall person probably not the best place for you. Lots of stairs to climb up as it’s on the top floor.

I received prompt and clear communication from the property owners re- how to find the apartment and check in/out instructions (shout-out to Danny for going above and beyond for me during my stay). The apartment was in a great location to the Old town of Split and Port. The facilities were good and it was clean.

There are a few stairs to access the apartment (no elevator access)- just to keep in mind for those with mobility problems.
