City Centre Apartments SPLIT OLD TOWN

As a solo female traveler who seeks privacy, safety, and comfort, I was happy with this apartment. The location can’t be beat and it’s very safe to always see people around (though at night if the windows are open, you can hear people talking/moving loudly). The apartment is well equipped and clean. The view from the windows is so beautiful. Communication was great and fast. I would totally stay again.

The AC might be running out of its time. Water was dripping off to the floor. It didn’t really bother me but some of my stuff was wet.

At 6’2 the beams were a nuisance but the view made up for it.

Location

Room was so small, much smaller than I see during making reservation Furnitures was seriously old and not confortable Stairs to 2nd floor was so narrow for luggages to carry Bathroom was the basic one, similar to hostel, even no hangs , not comfortable at all

The place was nice in general. A bit more cleaning would be great (several spots on the floor were left dirty (where only vacuum cleaner is not enough and moping is required), a glass for toothbrushes in the batroom was dirty). Also, the rooflight cover was not doing its purpose properly. And a place is really not comfortable for taller people.

The location is perfect, right next to the historic city center.Very small apartment, the ceiling is very low and uncomfortable for people over 1.80m or obese, the bathroom is super tight, I'm 1.96m and 88kg and I almost couldn't shower or move to simply pass the soap on my body. During my stay, I had to spend most of my time sitting or lying down, because if I stood for 10 minutes, I would get a backache. At first I thought it would be easy, but after 10 minutes in the house, I realized it was almost impossible. And the person in charge of the apartment, Ivana, just laughed in my face about the situation. I got in touch with the booking.com contact and spoke to the owner, and complained that the photos on the page didn't refer to the apartment, because I rented it only because I saw the photos, but they were of another apartment, not the one I was in, in other words, they advertise a Ferrari and give you a Fiat, because the 96€ per night would have allowed me to find another much better apartment. The solution they gave me was to pay for another more expensive apartment for 150€ a night. If you're Snow White with the 7 dwarfs, they can rent the apartment, otherwise it's better to rent somewhere else. And don't trust the photos in the ad, as most of them refer to another apartment.

Fabulous location. Comfortable, clean and spacious.

Narrow stairs would be difficult for anyone with large luggage.
