Saltstayz Mohali really delivered on point service with their prompt responses. Excellent hotel situated on 9th floor of the Mall with all the facilities available in the mall. Must visit property.

I had a wonderful stay at Saltstayz Trinity. The car parking facility made it convenient for us to explore the city. The restaurant offered a variety of delicious cuisines including Continental, North Indian, and Asian dishes. The staff was courteous and made us feel right at home during our visit.

We have also booked saltstays previously, however, this time the experience was not as good as before. We got the room and it was really bad with a lot of dampness on the walls and it looked really old. We asked for a room change, and they did change it immediately to a room with a better view. However, even the new room had dirty blankets and the flush stopped working suddenly. We asked for new blankets but every time got dirty ones. We eventually got cleaner blankets the third time. The washroom also did not have body wash as well and we had to ask for bathroom slippers all the time as it isnt provided as a rule. Worst part was, I was having a shower and the water stopped coming while I had shampoo on. How can a property not have proper water supply? At this, I lost it, and straight up asked for a refund. However, the general manager was still good, he shifted our room, and inspected it personally. The staff is nice, but the facilities really need an upgarde.

I have stayed at SaltStayz on multiple occasions and the experience has been consistently excellent. The standout aspect of every stay has been the front desk team—particularly Simran and Aman. Both have been extraordinarily supportive and professional. Due to my work schedule, I was often returning very late at night, yet they remained attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful at all times. Nothing ever felt like an inconvenience. The breakfast is well prepared and enjoyable, and having a mall within the same complex is a thoughtful and practical addition that adds real convenience for guests. Overall, the service standards, facilities, and front-desk leadership make SaltStayz a place I am happy to return to and recommend without hesitation.
