the facilities are newly constructed, rooms were spacious, great location with access to shops etc. Breakfast was decent/good.

The linen didn't look fresh nor clean to the standard it should be. They need to do something about the noise pollution i experienced everywhere, the reception, the rooms on the different floors. The reception has SaltStayz promo video and music playing on loop right next to the presidential suites/rooms which is totally unnecessary and very noisy. I could hear staff playing music on their mobile phones while servicing the rooms, not being considerate there can be guests sleeping in the next rooms. I was literally woken up at 6am after a long night with a room resident and staff talking to each other about facilities

The rooms were not cleaned. The bathroom was very dirty. The room was noisy presumably because of very thin walls and no efforts on sound proofing.

Location is top notch and staff is also very helpful.

1. They mentioned parking included but trust me, once i reached at the location, they mentioned park the car in the mall parking which was chargeable. 50/- for per 4 hours, so i ended up paying around 1000-1200 extra just for the parking and they didn’t even compensated for it. 2. They mentioned Soundproofing, but it was disastrous since i could hear child noises, other guest and misc noises in latenights and early mornings. I even called the reception to help me with maintaining silence in front of my room, it was so disturbing. 3. They have mentioned high speed internet but it was very slow and laggy. I was not even able to take my meetings.

The x2 last staff were most unhelpful and had low level of customer service Everything was a yes to the face and HellYes actions Everyday I mentioned the hot water was not lasting more than 4-5 minutes and everyday the lady said we will look into it. Wi-fi connection was the worst. Even after going onto a different connection. Even when we were moved rooms the facilities of hot water and connection to WiFi was below normal home standard. Room service would take an hour or more to arrive When asked to speak to a manager - the lady who said she will deal with the matter never dealt with the hot water issue. As 2 guests we could not respectfully both shower every morning and not have a relaxed shower time at all. On my last night the night staff confirmed that the tank does not have capacity to have hot water longer than 3-5 minutes and then goes to lukewarm. Had I have known this I would never have booked this hotel. Offering 20% off my room service was their offer of compensation for having no relaxing time at the end of an actioned packed amazing holiday prior to arriving here. 20% off £20 worth of food and drink compared to hundreds for the accommodation is an insult.
