The location is highly advantageous, offering convenient access to all amenities. The Mohali Walk mall is a notable enhancement. During breakfast, a restaurant server demonstrated exceptional attentiveness, actively listening to all table discussions, which was greatly appreciated.

Room service is somewhat relaxed, with amenities such as slippers and toothbrushes provided only upon request. It would be beneficial if these items were offered proactively. Parking presents a significant challenge. The hotel's parking facilities are not available, requiring guests to utilize the mall's parking on the 9th floor, which incurs substantial fees. Furthermore, the roads surrounding the hotel and mall lack clear parking signage, leading to potential vehicle impoundment by law enforcement. There is an unofficial parking area adjacent to the hotel's sales office; however, guests park there at their own risk as it is not managed by the hotel. The standard rooms, due to their narrow design, can feel somewhat confined, creating an initial sense of claustrophobia. The restaurant is located on the 6th floor, while guest accommodations are on the 9th floor, leading to a disconnected experience and often requiring extended waits for elevator access. Restaurant and breakfast needs improvement too.
