no customer support from property owners , when power cut happened during the storm there was no back up generator or back up heating provided considering its very cold there, so we had to book another accomadation for the night and included uncomfortable bed and small space for tall people . The owner becomes very defensive when asking for additional bedding like mattress topper as the bedding had a hole (see picture) when we slept on this mattress , the owner claims it was new mattress and didn't provide amendments . Didn't offer any refund for power cut or no heating for at the time.

Absolutely stunning views, location fantastic 😊the hut had everything you needed comfy ,spacious, hottub with the views ten out of ten .do not listen to the bad reviews I couldn't find a fault with anything

I liked the area Could be decent if they cleaned it better and charged half the amount.

Value for money is extremely poor very basic i wouldnt pay more than half the price i paid, the hut was dirty (hairs in sink, false eyelash in bed, rust/dirt in areas), there were a ridiculous amount of rules (i counted 11 different signs and posters including in the car park and hut) and the hot tub although initially nice you're not allowed to touch any buttons other than "jet" (this was listed in thier rules) not even to turn the temperature down so felt like you were being boiled alive meaning you can't spend more than 15 minutes in there the Hot tub is in direct View of the yurt tent opposite but thankfully no one was there. Really not happy with the quality of the place, even spoke to the person in the neighbouring hut whilst packing up and they agreed they wouldn't return. Also no WiFi, in an area where there is no 4g so couldn't use data and the "tv" they offer has no signal. The road to even get into the site is awful! Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were dirty when removed covers. Shower was hot for less than 2 minitues then remained freezing (and yes we turned the water heater on). Honestly just never again, for that price we could go for a week away at havan atleast thier caravans are probably cleaner!

Self checking, very private, beautiful romantic scenery and great for animal and nature lovers. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of facilities within one cabin, hot water, oven, hob, fan, heater, hot tub, outdoor dining. Perfect for summer!

The very rocky passage way to get to the site. Yes it cant be avoided but when putting the postcode suggested it send you don't the wrong farm road which is really annoying and not a good start to the experience. Yes it mentions not to use your car gps but phone instead in the welcome message but if the owner could amend that message and possibly put it in bold at the very start so guests don't make the same mistake as me. Other then that I can't fault and don't listen to the stupid negative reviews.

Amazing location and views, hot tub was fantastic.

We would of liked to be able to use the hot tub on the morning of departure. A little bit more cutlery and some glasses (tumblers) needed.
