Good quality for a modest price. I needed to stay one week in Newcastle and it did the job.

The check in procedure is frankly over the top: you need to fill in your passport details before arrival else your booking is cancelled, then again upon arrival. Then, as if it wasn't sufficient, a picture of you is being taken... Seriously?

"Rooms facing towards roads has noise pollution which disturbs sleep."

The rooms facing to the roads get noise from the cars passing by..If you have to keep your window open for air circulation then you have to bear the noise which can cause disturbance to sleep.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great location, close to Metro station, a Tesco and restaurants. Very clean.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable.
