Excellent student flat ..Clean .. Spacious..Well located .

I did pick a holiday weekend so there was a lot of noise from traffic and parties further up the road ..

Good location near the city center. Cheap and affordable accomodation. Room had a good kitchen and a shower. Employees at the reception have been very friendly.

No toilet brush in the toilet. A safe or a locker that could be closed somehow in the room would be good as i did not wanted to let my laptop in the room. I had to carry it all the time that i went outside. Also in the beginning i was not able to find the exit, which was actually in the lower ground floor. There was no actual sign that the exit is in the lower ground floor. So a sign would be good to find the real exit better.

I am staying in Flat 63 from 02.08.25 to 30.08.25. While the flat itself is decent, the management does not respect your privacy. I experienced two unannounced visits during my stay already. First incident (07.08.25): I was in the flat and, while waking up, I heard knocking. Because I was wearing earplugs, it took me a moment to respond. Before I could answer, two maintenance men used their master key to enter my flat to measure blinds. While I have no issue with the work itself, I was never informed beforehand, which made me feel extremely vulnerable. I contacted the building team via email, and a staff member (Michael) responded and apologised and another staff member from this building assured me this wouldn’t happen again. I accepted their apology at that time. Second incident (19.08.25): Another maintenance person arrived for a fire blanket check without prior notice. He said he was told all residents had been informed by email. I checked my inbox, including spam/junk folders, and found no email was sent. I understand these checks are necessary—I have experience in estate agency operations—but notifying residents in advance is crucial to respect privacy. I emailed the team again after this second incident, but my emails appear to be ignored. False accusation during my previous stay in Studio 168 (19.07.25 – 02.08.25): When I arrived, I noticed a plastic bag covering the fire alarm on the ceiling. I assumed there was a reason for this and left it as it was. After moving out, I received an email accusing me of covering the fire alarm myself, which is a serious violation of safety regulations. This was completely false. I am pregnant (only 5ft tall) and temporarily staying here, so there is no way I would risk reaching the ceiling to cover the fire alarm.The fire alarm issue should have been checked before I moved in.
