Construction noise at 7am.

The restaurant was a great value, welcoming staff, beautiful view. The bed was SO comfortable.

The staff is great.

Raw sewage smell coming from shower drain. Add a rubber drain cover to the room.

We liked the closeness to the beach, the attached restaurant and just the general overall feel.

Everything was fine, until we had a very unfortunate situation. We locked ourselves out of the room, and had to stay in our car due to the highly incompetent manager named Gonzalo. Basically he stated this was our fault, and he would not respond to any problems after his working hours. The next day he did not offer any type of apology, instead he went on and on trying to demean us. Totally unacceptable attitude. As I indicated we also tried to contact anyone at his other property in Tijuana, we spoke to Receptionist Adrian who spoke to his supervisor who claimed to have contacted Gonzalo and was told he would be there. I waited until 3am outside by the door. He never showed up.
