Location is beautiful and I personally love the feel of old Mexico, so the ambiance was great.

NO COFFEE IN THE ROOM AND RESTAURANT DOESN'T OPEN UNTIL 8AM!!! Food was generally very good, but since the menu doesn't include descriptions, we had to return meals at dinner and breakfast.

Person in the front desk was very nice and helpful, the hotel room was beach front with amazing view, nice and clean.

The restaurant experience was very disappointing. The food was of poor quality, especially considering the high prices, and the service left much to be desired. On several occasions, the staff attempted to shortchange us, and even tried to bill us for the complimentary coffee that’s supposed to be included with the stay. It almost felt like there’s a routine around overcharging guests, which creates a very unpleasant atmosphere. I understand the hotel may not have many diners on a daily basis, but rather than resorting to these practices, it would be far better to focus on improving the service and the quality of the food
