Room was amazing (spacious, modern, comfortable)

Overall the hotel is a very good value. The only thing I think is overrated (from my perspective) is the location. I visited Kyoto several times and this location is not so good. It is convenient as it s closed to a subway station, but you can definitely find a better location in Kyoto to enjoy this wonderful city.

I thought this was the nicest hotel I stayed at during my trip to Japan. Really nice staff, comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. Good amenities, quiet and in a good location for many different attractions. Price was competitive and felt worth it.

Property is very clean and easy access to trains , food and shopping areas . I would recommend it to everyone especially first time visitors . Most important thing they will keep your luggage if you come early or leave late .
