"Goed hotel met super behulpzaam personeel!"

Dit hotel is goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. De kamers zijn confortabel ingericht. We hadden geen geluid in de kamer, het was er erg rustig. het personeel was bijzonder behulpzaam. We werden goed geholpen bij het doorsturen van onze bagage naar een volgend hotel. We vergaten airpods in de kamer, de bediende was zo vriendelijk deze door te sturen naar ons volgende hotel en ons hiervan bovendien te verwittigen!

Er is geen ontbijt in het hotel, maar wel gratis koffie in de lobby.

"Super séjour à Kyoto, hôtel très agréable, chambre spacieuse"

La chambre était spacieuse, très propre, confortable et bien équipée ! J’ai beaucoup aimé la grande baie vitrée et le petit balcon avec vue sur Kyoto. Le personnel était très gentil, toujours souriant et prévenant. L’hôtel est situé dans une petite rue calme, un peu excentré des quartiers très touristiques.

L’hôtel est situé un tout petit peu à l’écart des quartiers touristiques : bus et métro sont accessibles, mais il faudra un peu marcher

Good location, 3 minute walk to Gojo Station. Nice and clean, with plenty of restaurants around.

We booked the twin room, the mattress is not very comfortable. The guy from the reception told us he would add 2 extra mattresses but never did.

"Highly recommended hotel"

Very friendly staff that arranged my suitcase forwarding to the next hotel and extremely customer oriented. Room was very tiny, rather big for Japanese hotel terms and featured everything I could wish for.

Cannot think of one aspect that did not meet my expectations.
