Great location. Right off the water. The back deck area is very cozy. There is a grill and lounge chairs. There is also a 2nd bathroom, which is just a toilet but it's a nice thing to have. Close to a grocery store and the beach. The kitchen was well stocked so it made cooking and grilling easy (we didn't have to eat out every night). The couch was comfy and the TV was pretty large so it was easy to snuggle up and watch a movie at night or when it was rainy outside.

The place needs a deep clean. All the fans and vents were covered in thick dust. I cleaned off the bedroom AC vent as much as possible because I didn't want to breathe that and never used the bedroom fan. I also killed 1 roach in the kitchen. Also suggest new bedroom pillows and possibly a mattress soon. The bed was really uncomfortable.

Great location

The “small” problem is AC, the level of noise that high you can’t even watch TV that how loud it is, forget about to sleep in a living room sofa bed. The BIG problem is filthy dirty shower and linen and towels with a stain. The answer for that concern from the cleaning people is “ yes they all with a stain but washing was not successful,stains still there”. Really? Throw dirty one and buy the new one.

I loved the location, the back porch, the location, and the care the owner took of the home.

There are more than 10 cameras on the property. This was uncomfortable considering 2 of the cameras were on the back porch. I expect privacy and these cameras were active while we were there.
