Location was good. The unit was very clean. The outdoor space is nice, however it's not overly clear how much of the space is yours vs. shared. The unit had everything I needed to get through a 4 day weekend in Miami. I have no complaints at all about the unit or location.

The only issue I had, which apparently I'm not the only one, is getting the key to get in. Hopefully the attached picture helps someone. There was a code provided prior to check-in. However when you show up, every door on the property has a key code or lock box. To a new person, you have no idea what door goes to which unit (there are several in the building) so you feel strange just going up to random doors and trying a code. The code doesn't work on the main door for your unit. You have to use the code on another door lock box (which strangely enters a closet within the unit from the back side). I tried calling the owner and no answer. Eventually a neighbor knew where to get the key. I finally got the picture attached from the owner at 9:30pm, when check-in was at 3pm. Thankfully the neighbor helped me get in.

Great place, quiet and comfortable! Nice owners were very responsive.

I got little confuse with other locks around but not a big deal.

The host (Chris), went out of his way to make sure , our stay was enjoyable. He contacted us personally. He wanted to make sure everything was good.

It’s in a very nice location. He has put a lot of effort and money into upgrading his place.

The photo indicates that there is an oven and a stove for cooking. We bought food to cook in the room But it turned out that the stove and oven did not work We tried to contact the owner of the property, but it was in vain, he did not answer for 3 days For this money you could at least update the interior paint Too musty smell The air conditioners are very noisy and everything is covered in dust. And the filter too A lot of dust on the air conditioner grille

The area is beautiful and nice, and security is great.

Needs a paint job outside and new vertical blinds. There were strips missing in the living room, side window. I didn't sleep comfortably fearing someone was looking in.
