No Wifi password. already asking about it at counter & she just said under the tv.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient.

Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The hotel was not very clean, and there was a noticeable sweat smell coming from the sofa, which made the room feel uncomfortable. some basic amenities were also missing, such as hand towels, plates, and small spoons. The noise level was another major issue. since there is a restaurant upstairs, we could hear loud noises as early as 6:00AM and again after 10:00PM, making it difficult to rest properly. The Wi-Fi was not working throughout our stay. The mesh router in the room had no power, and I even sent a video to the hotel via WhatsApp. I was told that because it was Sunday night, there were no staff available and the issue would be fixed on Monday. On Monday afternoon, they informed me that it had been fixed, but when we returned to the hotel after 7:00PM, the Wi-Fi was still not working. To make matters worse, there was no housekeeping or room cleaning service provided during our stay. Overall, the hotel failed to meet basic expectations in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, amenities, and customer service. The convenient location cannot make up for the poor experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others.

No ceiling fan, we not feel cool during stay, so we want ceiling fan. Bathroom wall, clean need improve & pls fully close Bathroom window, need privacy inside bathroom.
