The hotel price is expensive and yet in very poor condition. Not maintain properly 😔 I get the room with a dirty bed sheet ( seen a mark like a stain ) , a dusty side table ( besides bed) , dusty floor and dirty sink with food particles still left sitting inside the sink. and faulty tap in the bathroom. I asked for change a room as I don't feel comfortable with the room condition but the replied I received they are fully booked...I'm very upset and disappointed that I have to endure the condition of the room . At that moment I wish I could get a refund and change to another hotel but I don't know how the process is .. very very disappointed and upset. The hotel only provides 2 bottles of mineral water .. no coffee, tea and sugar but they provide a kettle to boil water ? For what??? No phone in the room .. communicate using your own phone through Whatsapp to the reception counter for any matters. Breakfast is lowsy.. ask for plain hot water the staff told me there's extra charges !.. unbelievable. Not recommended., and I won't be coming to this hotel again ..

Room not clean, water boiler jug is smelly, found cockroaches in the room, asked to switch for different room but still found dirty stain on bed sheet, pillow is smelly. Cleanliness is totally 0/10.
