Please be infrom and read carefuly this property require RM 300 for deposit transfer online with out any physically conter surprise it is expensive more then 5 star hotel, they promise you deposit after 24 hour but i have a unpleasent experience to get back my refund even the representative respon to my call & wasup. Read carefull about the charges too dont make mistake booking by just checking the charge RM 108, there is orher charges and total to paid is RM 197. This after you think you pay RM 108 later find out actual RM 197 charge upon your cc, for that price and this unit not worth for such payment you can find planty more good charge for unit in cyaberjaya. The place not clean you pay rm60 for cleaning but the place not so clean at all, i have too take all the picture of unit when check in and report all the damage/faulty upon enter the unit and strict term and condition if there is any faulty/damage your refund is non refundable. Not enjoy the stay at all fill so not secure for kids to play around the unit happly. Each time you enter parking RM 4 charge apply. Unit is build for student rent perpose, separte 4 bed. Tv can not open Will not come to this unit again in life time.
