dirty .. disposing trash was inconvenient water heater not working despite making complaints to property owner didn’t supply trash bags for garbage unlike in Conezion properties parking had to be paid on entry / exit basis… so not worth it for renters place was dusty n a lot of dry leaves at balcony curtains was dusty car park at basement was dark & dingy
MYEverything was nice 👍🏻 not expose to sound pollution. Suitable for those who prefered quit place. Not too far from mall about 14 min drive only. The staff is very friendly and responsive.

Heater not working. Whole house very dusty. Cannot use TV. Air-conditioning control also not in good condition.
