The location is very remote so a bit of a drive, and when I went to the a la cart restaurant for dinner there was a tour bus full of people that came in to sit on the other side of the restaurant to have a buffet. This made it seem a lot less classy. The restaurant also does not serve any alcohol, so no wine with dinner. I stayed in a large cave suite which was amazing, but it took a few technicians to get my bath hot (they did tell me this would likely be the case) and the fire going. My porch light didn't work and the screen door also came off. Staff were friendly. Overall an interesting experience.

La struttura e' una riproduzione in miniatura della Cappadocia. Inoltre il parcheggio interno e' molto sicuro. Un riferimento anche per chi come noi ha raggiunto la Cappqdocia con la propria auto

Urgup è un po' fuori dai giri classici, ma l'hotel vale i km in più che si fanno per rientrare. In mezzo alla natura e alcuni "camini delle fate" che si possono vedere dalla stanza. La nostra camera era super! enorme, comoda, bella, 4 finestre con tende elettriche, bagno gigante. Colazione super abbondante con scelte di ogni tipo. Il ristorante per la sera è anche uno dei migliori della zona. Una chicca: massaggio classico Hamam, anche di 45 min va bene, in realtà è un lavaggio con scrub, schiuma calda e pure shampo e balsamo... una f...ta! In un locale tutto di marmo bianco e riscaldato! (purtroppo disponibile solo per donne)

Great property. Very nice architecture and areas they have. It’s all about the experiences you can have there and history you can see. And orkhan the guest relationship manager is wonderful person, he would put all his efforts to make the guests happy.

House keeping staff are a-bit loud taking into consideration the quietness of the area.
