Super friendly staff, great location (if you have a car), very comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast

Could be better with an outdoor pool and space to lounge in the sun. Maybe it wouldn't get used much in the peak of summer and winter, but in the in season we went it would have been a fabulous addition

Incredible stay and experiences! Highly recommend for a unique stay while near Cappadocia. The entire staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect - including knowing my name and dietary requirements, and driving me to my room from the main building (despite it not being a far walk, their attention to comfort and detail were top notch). The property is on its own - away from the towns - which meant it was very quiet and tranquil - prefect for a relaxing escape. I’m sure when the flowers and trees are in bloom it’s even more magical. The spa facilities are luxurious and the gym a plus. I was traveling solo and this exceeded my vision of having a solo retreat to relax and recharge. The bed, linens and selection of pillows are fabulous and high quality. The room comfortable and well appointed. The property is very kid friendly - however perhaps because I was there during Ramadan I did not see many families. There’s also some other unique features to the property including the gorgeous coffee museum and dessert shop and epicurean store. I would definitely return and highly recommend

Не стоит брать номера с террасой, они маленького размера, и много пыли. Скромные завтраки.

تجربة السكن في هذا المنتجع جدا مميزة .. كل شي بهذا المكان يدعوك للراحة والاستجمام والاستمتاع بالمناظر الطبيعيه .. الخدمة جدا راقيه ومستوى المنتجع عموما والضيافة خصوصا جدا مميزه. احب انوه على شغله مهمة وهي تعامل الموظفين جميعهم بلاإستثناء مميز جدا .. واحب اشكر السيد موسى الذي يتحدث باللغة العربية الي جعل التجربة ممتعة اكثر ومريحة اكثر وتعامله جدا رااقي واحترافي لابعد درجة .. شكرا للجميع وبالتأكيد راح ارجع لهم باذن الله

Stuff is super friendly and rooms are really big, facilities in the hotel are well-maintained. One thing to note - there is no alcohol served in the restaurant (for me travelling with family it was not a problem, but I guess some guests would like this option).

Just more juice options during the breakfast would be nice.
