The room had no intercom and there was no option for contacting the front desk or room service. The staff did not give any money receipt for my food or hotel staying which should be provided to every customer

The staff was good, room was neat and clean, bed was comfortable and fluffy for sleep. Nice budgeted property. A nice stay overall.

location is great , bed was comfortable, high speed WiFi, power backup, restaurant food was great but little overpriced

near by building construction was going on and the road to the hotel is not constructed so it was a rugged/uneven road with some water passing. This hotel is revamped and they are still building up and taking feedback from the guests staying at the hotel. I stayed in 207 room and the tv was working fine except the audio was intermittently not working.

Situated at Tapovan so was easy to reach.

Room was not clean. They did not provide water. Toiletries were not provided.
