Smelly rooms.Feela like you are staying beside bathroom. 7. Uncomfortable bed mattress.You will definitely feel pain after you wake up. 8. Heavily overpriced.

Hotel Bath rooms were very dirty not cleaned flush tap was leaking bed sheets were not cleaned overall was very bad

Step by step the things happened as below: A: We went to the above referred address of Fabhotel Pentagon Airport, at about 11=30 AM on 06 Dec., 2023 for Check-In and make payment. B: The Manager at the reception at first told us that this is Fab Hotel Pentagon Next and NOT Fabhotel Pentagon Airport. He tried to confuse us that he is not knowing about Fabhotel Pentagon Airport and you may contact Booking.com for clarification. C: The Manager also told us that he has not received any booking for the above reference no. from Fab Hotel Group so we can not provide any accommodation. D: We then checked the address of our booking and told us that the address given to us at the time of booking is 2266 Sabarsahi Laxmi Sagar, Puri-Cuttack Rd., Bhubaneswar Odisha 751006 and we have reached the correct address. E: The Manager again told us that he has not received any booking from Fab Hotel Group and told us that we should contact the helpline no. of Fab Hotel Group. F: We tried to call on your (FabHotels) 7042424242 but it landed all the time on a computerised voice guidance system and we failed to get any person on this no. G: We again tried to convince The Manager that you are a part of the Fab Hotel Group and hence you can also initiate the call to confirm our booking. We also showed him the confirmation details on our mobile but he seemed to be totally Non-cooperative. He kept on repeating that he has not received any booking. H: We again requested him that no person is available on 7042424242 and he has to help us. He then gave us the Fab Hotel Helpline no. 99078 42695. I: We tried to contact the above (99078 42695) no. which was received by a person who listened to us but did not offer any solution and disconnected the phone. We again tried to contact the no, 99078 42695 but the no. did not respond. When we dialed from a different no. he again listened and disconnected.

Does not provide normal mattress for sleeping. Has a bar very close to room. Disturbance plus drunk people roaming in the corridor
