room are big enough but what is the use!

Dirty walls, no hot water in the bathroom, they had to repair it, there were cockroaches in the room, on 2nd floor there is a dance bar, music goes on till midnight, people smoke in the elevator, no tea available in morning before 8, they should arrange for hot water kettles tea bags and sugar bags in the room, Google maps do not show correct location

Dirty bedsheets and towels, cockroaches every where stinking and unhygienic corridors & lifts, Waste breakfast. over all this hotel is not value for money. only positive about this hotel is Front Desk Staff, they are very good and supportive
