Cosy small cottage in Wirral Merseyside with kitchen

There are no words to express how grateful I am to the host of the Cozy Cottage for making me feel safe and at home there. The host communicated with me promptly. She was very accommodating in terms of my unique dietary needs, welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The cottage itself exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and style. :)

There is absolutely NOTHING that I was lacking during my stay.

This property is everything and more you could wish for in a self catering property. The property was super cosy on a cold January night, its beautifully decorated and comfortable. Welcome pack beyond anything we have had on holiday before, fresh eggs were amazing. Hosts are lovely and very helpful.

I would advise trying to put wall mounted ledges at bed side to allow you to move the bed to have space to get out of the bed both sides for ease.

Wow! This property was absolutely beautiful. I loved everything about my stay — it was comfortable, spotless, and so well-kept.

Amazing breakfast, the cleanliness of the cottage was perfect, comfortable beds, warm and cosy, the owners were outstanding to deal with even going above and beyond offering to take us to the local restaurant they recommended called the Refreshment Rooms which was a stunning meal. The quality of the breakfast was excellent, eggs from the lovely family owned chickens, the owners kept in contact us making sure we weren't low on any breakfast items. The toiletries supplied were good quality which was nice. The parking was safe and secure and the area for us was perfect, just a 20 minute pleasant walk to Port Sunlight and a 15 minute walk to the local Asda and retail park.

Nothing, faultless..

A beautiful place to stay, so cosy and exceptionally clean. Everything was provided for a perfect stay. Lovely peaceful surroundings and so close to local shops and Port Sunlight. Julia made us feel so welcome and is a perfect host. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back 🙂

We stayed at the Cosy Cottage in Bromborough on Sat 14th Jun with my wife and two young children, and it was absolutely perfect. The cottage was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and incredibly cosy. It struck the perfect balance between classy and modern, while still retaining a warm, welcoming charm that made us feel right at home. Everything was thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable stay, including all of the ingredients for a continental breakfast – ideal for our needs. The fresh eggs provided from the nearby chicken coop the next morning were a lovely touch, and we were supplied with all of the extras that we could have wished for. We had a truly lovely time and will definitely be recommending this little gem to friends and family. We can't wait to come back again in the future!

One thing to be aware of is that there aren’t many nearby amenities or transport links. While the peaceful location adds to the charm and tranquillity, it does mean you need a car to get around or to access shops, restaurants, and other conveniences. This wasn’t a major issue for us, but it’s worth noting for anyone planning a stay who might prefer more immediate access to local facilities or public transport. That said, the cottage itself more than makes up for it with its comfort, style, and thoughtful touches.
