"Good for family stay"

The air cooling system , and cleanliness of the room.

the surrounding is smelly . Understandable that its noisy due to near to main road but the stench outside is unbearable. Found mold in bathroom, do take this seriously as it not only disgusting but have health effect on the occupier . There is balcony but its not clean at all.

"Miscommunication issues but otherwise a great stay"

Strategic location and got everything I need

Everything is good except no smart tv( especially youtube) for kids. Probably can consider google chromecast or tv box please!

"Ze best property"

Flat was excellent. Best property we had in 2 months travelling in SE Asia. It had washing machine and detergent as well

Waited for nore than 20 minutes for a receptionist to arrive bin order to check in. He didn't even say sorry.

"Awesome quick holiday"

Great central location, value for money and the place is very clean. The kitchenette is super handy for us 2 girls, Lots of great food choices within walking distance too

No staff on site to support us during our stay

One bedroom apartment + living ( sofa bad ) space was very nice and spacious with all kitchen appliances including washing machine. Daily cleaning is done . The staff are kind and helped us carry the suitcase up the stairs as there is no lift. 👍

The units are accessible via a steep staircase. For safety reasons a bright light has been provided at the entry way that cannot be turned off. Unfortunately this light is so bright that anyone using the living room sofa bed will have a day light experience even at night. If some curtain or other solution could be implemented then this won’t be an issue. The street is noisy with traffic - so might not be suitable for light sleepers. The nearby street open site parking cost MYR 4.50 per hour - so close to RM 50 overnight parking.

"Superb"

air cond is good & high water pressure

the bathroom floor tiles at basin & wc area is glossy type like the wall tile hence its slippery & dangerous. i almost slipped!. hope the owner can change like the one at shower area before someone get hurt or injured
