It is very nice that the apartment has a washing machine. The location is quite good as you can walk to many places. There's a hawker center nearby where you can enjoy local food.

Even though the apartment is on the second floor but it is just at the roadside so it is very noisy at night and in the morning starts from seven o'clock. The bathroom drainage was terrible but it was better after the staff fix the problem. But the floor outside the shower cubicle will still gets wet so be careful. By the way, ask for the indoor slippers if you need them. They will only provide the slippers when you request. Overall, the apartment is okay if you are looking for a place with washing machine and not too far from the nice places. But if you want to stay longer in Penang, you might want to look for a better place.

The second, separate bedroom was great for our daughters. Love the kitchenette and washing machine.

Great value for a 2BR suite when booked on booking.com. Spacious and clean, with a good location in between street markets and walking distance to Komtar bus station.

It is not as nice as seen in the pictures. Many cracks in the walls, and we had a few wall chippings fall from the ceiling during our stay. I'm sure it's not a big deal, but a little concerning at least.

Main door was not soundproof. Unfortunately property is right along the road which is quite busy so we are hearing movements and sound of heavy and light vehicle most of the time.

Located right along a busy road and unfortunately the main door was not sound proof so we were hearing movements, sound of passing vehicles from light to heavy ones. That could be quite daunting.
