Beach Cottage Pakefield- Newly Fully Renovated House

The hosts had thought of everything , we had 2 dogs with us and the garden area was lovely and safe for them.Bedrooms really comfortable. Felt like a tardis when we went in. Highly recommend .

Nothing to not like about it.

Excellent amenities and we were given so many extras e.g. varieties of tea and coffee and even a welcome bottle of prosecco.

A small terraced property but was very nicely refurbished, open plan lounge/diner/kitchen. Very nicely coordinated to a high modern standard. Had everything and more for a holiday home. Lovely courtyard garden with lovely bbq (we didn’t use).3 minutes from Lowestoft but with a local beach.chip shop and pubs. Large TVs in all rooms, grandchildren loved it.

Nothing, would definitely recommend and hopefully stay again.

Philip's cottage was absolutely superb! More than a home from home! Fitted out with everything you could possibly need. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Comfy beds, great shower, brilliant kitchen. Warm and cozy with great sea walks just a few minutes walk away. We would not hesitate to recommend and would most definitely stay again. Philip's communication was excellent throughout.

Nothing we didn't like..it was exceptional

Everything was absolutely perfect! The house was so beautifully decorated, really modern and plenty of room for the four of us to live/stay in for the three nights. Philip was really helpful, giving us lots of advice and was always available if we needed him. After I accidentally booked it for the wrong number of people, it was quickly resolved and the stay was even better than we expected. There was a MASSIVE selection of different coffees, a coffee machine, milk and some other sweet treat extras, which were really appreciated and were not expected in the slightest. I cannot recommend staying here enough, we're hoping to be back again next year! Thank you again Philip! :))

Literally nothing could be improved on, it was perfect!

Clean well located and everything we needed even for the dog!

The whole house and experience was amazing!! Host was on call at any time and super helpful even sent over things for us to do with or without the dog! Beds are luxury comfort! Great location, on street parking always! Clean, every detail covered as if you were at home!

The host kept in touch regularly and provided detailed and clear instructions with how to get the keys, where to park and enter the property. The property was very clean and tidy, had everything you need; from furnishings, appliances and entertainment, A short walk to the beach. I loved it and I will be coming back but staying for longer than one night.
