Beach Cottage Pakefield- Newly Fully Renovated House

The cottage which is less than 5 mins walk from the beach, is in excellent condition, the interiors are lovely and well maintained, the kitchen was well equipped with new appliances and the small garden was a nice place to sit in the evening ( shady and cool) and felt quite private. Phillip the host was really helpful and left us a few welcome items that were really appreciated. I would throughly recommend this cottage to people visiting Lowestoft or nearby.

It is a small cottage house - hence the bathroom and toilet are on the ground floor and this might be an issue for some who are not comfortable with navigating stairs at night but was fine for us

Perfect for what we needed. You can clearly see that a lot of time, money and effort has gone into refurbing the cottage, everything was in immaculate condition and spotlessly clean. Cannot recommend this place enough if you are after a seaside break, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The location was fantastic with parking on the road right outside the property and the beach only a short (less than 5 minute) walk away. The property is in pristine condition and cannot be faulted in any way at all. The kitchen is fully furnished with every utensil and device imaginable and is in immaculate condition. The bedroom are homely and clean with TV's in both bedrooms. The living area is very relaxing with a large TV and comfy sofas. The LED lighting can be adapted to fit whatever mood you feel. The communication with the host was first class and very informative, with information on the keys along with the local amenities very clear and useful. Tea, coffee and milk were provided along with essential cooking condiments. Also, cleaning materials were also present in all areas. Anyone who has the privilege of staying here will not be disappointed and I personally can't wait to return again in the future. It's by far one of the best stays I've ever had on Booking.com.

Beautiful furnishings. Exceptionally clean and well presented. The owners went above and beyond with all the extras. The dishwasher was a nice time saving bonus. I couldn't recommend this property anymore It is truly superb, we will definitely be returning

This cottage is absolutely perfect. It is spotlessly clean, well located and impeccably designed. The attention to detail was obvious with all items looking handpicked. The kitchen had every utensil and gadget needed, the outside space is lovely and the whole place is very classy. I would not hesitate in recommending Beach Cottage and we will definitely come back. Five star. Ten out of ten.
