Apartment 1

I liked the apartment. The size of the rooms, the location all was brilliant. The cleanliness was acceptable, warm and welcoming, I felt safe with my two children.

The only let down was i wasnt able to get a good sleep. The pillows was flat, they was used many times before, the mattress was lumpy springy and very uncomfortable, the curtains was like shower curtains. I could of dealt with the mattress if I had a decent pillow to lay my head.

I really liked the location, close to the shops and beach. Walking distance and parking.

No privacy, we were on the ground floor with children. The windows are massive and there are no net curtains. Even half way would be brilliant,which I have mentioned in my message to the sellers. Everyone off the street can and did look in the window while we were eating or watching TV on the night. It's warm so I didn't want to close the curtains but had to. Also lots of drug addicts wandering about. And we had a few go past the back of the building and not return. Could be an option to close it off to stop them wondering about.

The location is awesome ..

Booked this for the Rebellion Festival, and it was an excellent choice as it is literally just across the road from Winter Gardens! The provision of a parking space at the rear of the building was certainly a very welcome bonus. I also liked the fact that all doors are keyless (access codes only), as it avoids the need to carry keys and gives more flexibility. Despite staying there during a festival, we had no noise issues, neither from outside nor from other guests within the building. Apartment was clean & adequately equipped.

A few minor gripes, but nothing really worth mentioning here.

A nice wee flat in a great location,close to everything and good value for money.

The only thing that I would say was the sofa bed in the living room,wasn’t the biggest or comfiest but would do for 2 small children,apart from that everything else was good.

The property was in the perfect location. Only a few minutes walk from the shopping centre ,coral island ,beach,and centre pier. Plus a rake of fast food restaurants. The bed and sofa bed was very comfortable. Was extremely good to have a cooker,fridge,microwave ect.

The property was perfect its self. With the odd sign of age as expected from an old building. The only thing what let it down was the cleaners. Dust under the bed and on top of the wardrobe. The cutlery and plates were a bit dirty. Fake tan in the toilet seat And the shower base drain was not cleaned.
