Lovely apartment very clean had all the bits we needed it was great.. Would defo stay again great when I needed help sorted us out right away no problems Bedding all super clean and lots of towels. Great location close to all the shops and the winter gardens and tower. X

The property is generally in need of a proper clean. Skirting boards filthy, sofa had stains, crockery not cleaned properly. Other guests using the bench directly outside the window at 3 and 4 am meaning we were woken up both nights

The apartment was very cold for the first 12 hours. It took quite a long time to warm up after we turned the heaters on.

Location was brilliant. All you need for a stay and parking was brilliant aswell . Very helpful staff

Loved the location it was just perfect, that there was parking available and how clean the place was. It was a lovely airy and spacious apartment and we felt very secure with all the passcodes.

There was no hot water to do the pots or have a wash in the bathroom, unless we used the electric shower, there was only 2 towels when there was 4 people on the booking. It was very dark where the parking was and quite run down. There was no sweeping bush, dust pan and brush or hoover provided. The sofa bed/ sofa was very uncomfortable, not suitable for more than 1 adult ideally, even with an adult and a toddler on it.

It wasn’t cleaned professionally as specified in hand booklet. There were two towels for four people for two nights, the towels more resembled hand towels. There was barely any toilet roll supplied as was specified. The quilt covers and pillow cases did not smell clean. No internet connection for entire stay. Sofa bed extremely small and uncomfortable, it was also dirty with no sheet to cover when slept on. Very loud. Kitchen not clean, with rubbish in kitchen draws. Wrappers and paint chipping a on the carpets. Clearly hadn’t been hoovered or cleaned properly between stays. I don’t even have any words for the state of the outside. Overall very disappointing.
