InterContinental San Antonio Riverwalk by IHG

The room was very enjoyable, and the staff were great. Breakfast was great also.

The only thing we didn't like was, the prices in the restaurant. I felt it was two pricey. The other restaurants near the property had better prices for the same items. For instance the steaks at caviar started at 68$ at nearby restaurant's they were started at 48$.

The complete hotel is so nice, clean, modern, save, and very convenient for walks to the riverwalk.

It is down town, felt not safe

The staff was very friendly. Bed was comfy

We really enjoyed our stay here! Valeting was convenient, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the hotel and room was modern and stylish. My only complaint was that the AC in our room didn’t seem very powerful and the lights would turn off and on, on their own which was strange. We didn’t ask anyone who worked there about it since we didn’t stay for very long. But those were the only things that bothered us a little about our room. Would have been nice as well if the room had a mini fridge. We will most likely stay here again the future though since it was very clean, comfortable, safe, and the staff was very friendly.
