Stunning One Bedroom Duplex Apartment In Heart of Jewellery Quarter

The apartment was cute and nicely decorated. The view from the window was fantastic.

The bed was awful. There were only two very flat pillows for two people and the wrong size sheet so it didn’t cover the whole bed. I asked them for more pillows and a proper sheet and was told that wasn’t possible!! It would be good to have a coffee maker of sorts, even a cafeteria and more options of glasses.

Nice and modern apartment, got everything you need in there

They don't answer emails when you email and complain, very bad communication. There was loads of dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

Apart from building going on next door it was quiet, good transport links.

Nil really, all was good.

I am slightly disabled so stairs a bit difficult and bathroom downstairs from bedroom was slightly awkward. building work around very noisy and woken by 0700 both days. cold living area and couldn’t get the unit located behind sofa to work - unable to shut vent on window.

Great place to stay. Nice apartment. Close to amenities.

Room is not ensuite. Bathroom & convenience was on the lower floor from the bedroom.
