"Good"

Very convenient location for the train station, cathedral, and castle. Plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants. Fairly comfy.

No information is available about the appliances or about Rochester. Needs some tlc. Same comments as folks made last year still apply. Difficult to open kitchen cupboards (no handles) thermostat broken, dusty in places, decoration worn etc.

The only minor downfall was no handles on fridge or kitchen cupboards. Very small challenge.
