Beautiful apartment in the heart of Rochester

The apartment, was perfect for what we needed for our short stay in Rochester, Linda the host was very helpful and agreed to let us collect keys and drop our bags, earlier than check in time as we had arrived early in the morning. Great location for Rochester, right on the high street and only a short walk to Rochester train station.

The apartment is quite dated, but clean and tidy, so everything was there that we needed. There were a lot of stairs to the apartment and in the apartment, so something to bear in mind if booking for people with mobility issues.

Only net curtain in bedroom; only one of three bulbs working in main living room light; no hand towel, tea towel, kitchen roll in kitchen; no bath mat; tired decor; no local long stay parking.

Location. It was light and airy.

Too many stairs to apartment, not reccomended to anyone with mobility problems. The carpet from the entrace to the flat was dirty, stained and worn. No hand rail to upstairs, 15 more stairs. No information on how to operate appliances. The ceiling light was not adequate,had only 1 bulb working.

Great location, easy to check in, large space.

Curtains don't block out sunlight and hallway to flat is tired.

It didn’t bother me but please be aware it’s a lot of stairs up to the apartment
