"Perfect location, just needs a little money spent on it"

Perfect location on the high street for what we were in Rochester for within easy walk of shops, bars, restaurants, parking and our event venue

Feeling a little dated now, some money needs to be spent on refreshing the decor etc. We had to wedge the main bedroom window shut with cardboard else it just dropped plus the lock was missing Unfortunately the bedroom floor especially, didn't feel like it has been cleaned with big piles of dust on the floor, under the bed and in the cupboard or now on my clothes that were accidently dropped

Location Modern appliances, comfortable bed and lounge heaps of hanging and cupboard space

Not for everyone. Located on floors 3&4 so lots of stairs to take luggage up. Stairs to bedroom no hand rails.
