"very close to perfect"

I will tell you that the bed was very snug in the guest room. Hard, but possible to get in and out of bed. But that is the worst over. We will; definately stay here again. Our host truly cared and tried to think of every thing we needed. Highly recommended to all.

A lovely quaint B&B. Well appointed and exceptionally well run. Really nice touches and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect.

There are a few Coach Houses in the area. We found the wrong one the first time so check its Lynwick Street, Rudgwick.

"The comfy Coach House"

Location is right on the Downs Link path which suited us. The pub down the road called the Fox inn does really nice high quality food. The host was easy to communicate with, instructions to find the property are clear and easy to follow. The bed is super comfy. The room is spacious, natural light & clean.

Don't have a bad word to say about this place.
