The bed (mattress and bedding) was very comfortable. Central location with easy access to Federal Hill.
Finding designated parking area was challenging, even with directions provided. Recommend providing more than one ice tray in freezer. Restrictions on guests and outdoor smoking seem excessive.

The apt was spotless and the accomodations were great. Location was convenient and the recommendations for food were excellent. If we return to providence from NC we will stay at one of your properties again.

Easy check-in. Comfortable, cozy decor. Nice amenities, coffee, spices, shampoo, cooking oil so you don’t have to shop for everything if you want to cook. Our room was remodeled, everything super clean.We had a quiet room, very comfortable bed on the first floor. Higher floors have steep stairs. Free parking. I would stay here again.
Counter space in bathroom, but no big deal.

JENNIFER’s PEOPLE - THE MICROWAVE DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. IT IS NOT A SETTING, IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. $100. Don’t let this slide. It’s a very simple fix.

Very comfortable apt well equipped , parking is just opposite the apt. Little italy with restaurants minutes walk away. Everything was digital with messages all along via booking.
The possibility of WhatsApp could have been better to communicate.
