It’s very obvious this team takes this seriously. It was immaculate, well appointed, the location cannot be beat, convenient. I will stay again, just in a different unit.

If I were honest I would have rated this a 7 but the effort, intention, and finishes are done with so much integrity, I felt they earned a 10. Jennifer (?) - here is what you can do better about unit 1R. The shower rings - change them to ones that close. Yours are really heavy and they fall out, onto the floor, and once on my big toe. It hurt they are so heavy. The comforter was so hot I didn’t sleep well the first two nights, even with the air on 68. The third night I used the tiny little throw in the closet but slept in sweat pants. You need a medium weight blanket option. The head of the bed is directly under the stairs and every time upstairs guests come and go, it wakes you up. It sounds like stormtroopers are coming down on your head. Can the bed be turned to be up against the bathroom facing wall? I don’t know what the fix is but it makes for a rough night of sleep. Last. The communication from you when it’s emailed comes through in an impossible to read format. You should book yourself a room (and read your emails from an iPhone.) Impossible to read.

Easy to find, including parking with lots of photos to show where the lot is compared to the property. Everything was really clean and the decor was lovely. The location was really convenient as well and we could walk wherever we were going.

The shower temperature was a little temperamental but everything else was great.

This unit was spotless and was stocked with everything to make us feel right at home. And I have to mention the mattress and bedding - these were the best nights of sleep I have ever had because I was so comfortable! The fact that it included parking was a huge bonus - parking is hard to come by in Providence! The space itself was beautiful, from the hard wood floors, big bay windows in the bedroom, to the accent wall in the living room, each room was cozy and inviting. If it had not been so cold outside during our stay, we would have lived on the balcony to enjoy the Providence skyline while relaxing in the Adirondack chairs. The location was perfect! Close enough to walk to everything. My partner was attending an event at the Rhode Island Convention Center, and it was an easy eight minute walk. Jennifer, our host, was quick to respond to any questions we had. We love this place so much, we are planning on coming back and renting out a different unit in the house because we have no doubt that they are all beautiful and comfy!

Excellent location parking but the apartment had everything you would need a more for a vacation. The apartment was spotless clean and had everything you needed. Would recommend highly and will.be definitely back.

It was just like it looked online. It was clean and comfortable. When I had a question, I received an answer in a short time. We switched from a local hotel to this apartment for the value, and I'm glad we did .
