Beautiful apartment in a great area. Clean and recently refurbished. A very useful handbook with all the info and some discounts was provided. Apartment came with towels and tea/coffee supplies.

A lot of hidden costs: £60 cleaning, £35 property service charge and £10 other fee. Including the VAT it was an additional 50% on top of the initially advertised cost on booking.com. The mattress is very soft, like sleeping on a giant pillow. Some might find it comfortable but if you suffer from lower back pain this might cause you discomfort.

Well equipped and spotless apartment, great location with virtually everything, both the sights and amenities on the doorstep.

Great mini apartment - good size bedroom and well-equipped kitchen for a short stay. Having the kitchen really helped when I was spending long days out walking and wanted to stay in after. The place is attractively decorated (love the green), comfortable bed, and a good shower. All very clean. I really appreciated the TV and Netflix, too.

For light sleepers, I suggest earplugs as there was occasional street noise (sirens or people talking late at night) - nothing too unusual, but good to be prepared. The door code was handy, but (probably the Londoner in me), I wondered how often it is changed as it might be relatively easy for someone to let themselves into the building if they were familiar with the code.
