Close to Maidstone City Centre

Absolutely nothing about this place was any good.

So many bad points. The smell was awful - foisty, damp, dirty, just a stench. Holes in the floor. Settee stained and stinking. Bathroom light doesn't work at all. No fan. TV doesn't work at all - can't turn it on. There's a TV in the bedroom, but it's smashed to bits and doesn't work. Furniture all smashed and broken. Kitchen appliances were disgusting - something in a cupboard was caked in mould and stunk - daren't touch it. Wet washing still in the washer. Bed mattress had an awful dint in it. No thermostat so no central heating. 2 x portable heaters in the bedroom didn't work and were broken. Loose wires everywhere. Could not gain access to main door - had to wait for someone to come out for us to sneak in. Could not get hold of the property owner - she refused to take my calls and would only text. We refused to stay there and had to go and book into a hotel nearby. I asked for a refund - she wanted pictures. Even after all the pictures, she denied there were any problems. Booking.com are helping me and are getting me a refund. Awful, it's a total scam DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!!!!!

big a lot of space close to shops and town centres easy to get to . peaceful not loud

couldn’t put the hot water on when i tired the whole electric came off and it’s very cold couldn’t turn on heating but to be fair Havant even asked anyone that manage the property cause once the electric flicker and every went off but overall I would come back and stay

It exceeded my expectations. I recommend it to anyone travelling to Maidstone

Nothing, couldn't get into building. For half an hour.

The smell, the broken floors, the wires hanging out of sockets, the lack of anything not even toilet paper. The horrendous smell of stale old toilet water throughout. I didn't stay. I went and found a real hotel. I couldn't contact the host, not could booking.com. I requested a refund and eventually had to go through my bank to sort it all out. Don't book here!

Location was ok but no parking

The whole place was disgustingly dirty. From the carpets to the bedsheets . It looked like farm animals had stayed there. The bed was so bad I had to sleep on the sofa

The location is excellent.

The heating was poor and the hot water from the tap was not working. The milk in the fridge was opened and was expired as well. Napkins in the kitchen was dirty too.

Sure and safe

Spacious and quite conveniently located.

The code to enter the building didn’t work. The solution offered by the host was to have other residents let me in the first time so I could access the key box that held the fob for the building doors. Might not be as practical when arriving later. The apartment looked clean as long as one doesn’t open any curtains (eg a used condom on the outside windowsill). The ceilings showed several significant stains indicating water damage or similar. The toilet seat and shower head holder were broken. While the accommodation provides spacious shelter at a practical location, I was underwhelmed by its state given the price.

Spacious and clean. Instructions were easy to follow and the host was communicative.

The toilet chair is loose and the toilet doesn’t flush properly. Apart from that , it was a perfect stay.
