"Tidy enough but the bed is a put off. Not again unfortunately"

It was tidy enough

The bed was very low and the mattress is very thin. The central heating system doesn't work and the portable radiators were useless. The apartment was cold. The duvet cover didn't have a fresh smell and the 2 pillows were very flat, I had to carry my own and my own duvet. The toilet isn't easy to flush. There are candles but no lighters. The kitchen towel were toilet paper stuff is just dumped on the wardrobe. The bed is a big put off although the room was tidy. We didn't sleep there but returned for our stuff the next morning. I also didn't like the smell of the sofa and there were half empty shower gels and drinks in the kitchen. Not what I expected. Hence the reason why I guess the room is not displayed in the pics.
