la disponibilité du personnel d'accueil, l'eau chaude dans la douche

L'absence de bouilloire dans la chambre, et des accessoires de toilette gratuits (brosse à dent, shampoing, crème), la chambre était située à l'étage, : tous ces manquements sont contraires à la mention faite sur le site lors de la réservation. Par ailleurs le wifi n'a pas été opérationnel durant 02 jours au moins sur 04, ceci malgré l'alerte faite au concierge dès le 2e jour. Des insectes ont été remarqués dans la chambre et la penderie.

"I was disappointed"

Nothing, I booked this hotel weeks ahead and I planned to travel to Lagos. Only for the hotel to call me on the scheduled date to tell me they’ve given out the room I booked.

I just arrived that after and didn’t bother going to check in.
