The break fast was good. The location was excellent as it was quite and serene.

The hospitality. My son couldnot find lipton tea around to buy but the hotel provided it free. I really needed THAT. May sound like nothing, but it meant a lot.

The mattress wasn't comfortable. The beddings were okay but the mattress was higher on the centre so I kept rolling. Wish I could explain better.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Internet worked well. I got a refund when I cancelled the second night.

The property has serious cleanliness and maintenance issues. My room had a dirty, smelly fridge, cockroaches, and a toilet that did not flush properly. Although the staff changed my room, the hotel overall felt run down and below basic hygiene standards. I would not return.I has to cancel the second night and got a partial refund.

The cleaners need to do a thorough cleaning of the rooms. Especially the bathroom & the tv was not working properly
