"TERRIFIC HOUSE AND LOCATION FOR A LARGE GROUP OF FRIENDS"

The Big Sanchez exceeded all expectations. LOCATION: Sanchez Street sits between the two main throughfares in St. Augustine. No matter where you were going you could easily maneuver. It is well within walking distance to the historical district. HOUSE: The house itself is great. Five bedrooms with one large on the first floor (nice if you have any guests with mobility issues.) There are two seating areas for TV downstairs and in addition the master bedroom upstairs has a TV also. BACKYARD: What is really extra about his place, however, is the enclosed backyard with a covered, netted gazebo that has a large sectional and a table, another table on the decking area, a fire pit and a terrific gas grill. The yard is covered with a huge old tree including hanging Spanish moss! You really feel the Florida vibe. OWNER: The owner was great. Can't say anything negative at all. Oh, and the owner lists the property with all costs up front. That means a lot to me.

The location, the cleanliness, the size of the home and all the amenities were just perfect for me and my boys during our spring break. The bikes were a bonus! The house is beautiful and very clean. We even grilled out one evening. The hosts really go above and beyond with little extras like coffee, spices, and extra paper products.

Everything! Location, space, bikes, deck, grill, etc

Just an idea, but maybe putting a baby gate at the top and bottom of the stairs to prevent and accident.

"Exceptional"

Location was great. Just a 10 minute walk to St George Street and Castillo de San Marcos. House was very clean and comfortable. Backyard was great for relaxing during happy hour!

There wasn't breakfast but the location was perfect. It was in the historical residential area and an easy walk to everything, or you could catch the trolly.

Location was wonderful. Outdoor area looked amazing - it rained during our stay so we will have to come back to enjoy it. Host was available and responded quickly when contacted. Would highly recommend..
