Great location and fabulous breakfast

Prefer to have bathroom more connected to room but not a big deal.

Lovely room with a great little kitchen and separate private bathroom. All super clean and tidy. Good communication from the host about arrival details, parking permits, etc. Perfect for a one night stay.

The double bed is small - fine for sharing with my spouse for one night but for longer stays would recommend limiting to two guests, one in each bed.

Location

This is not a great place to stay if you have children or enjoy your sleep. You are effectively sharing the house with another booking, the doors are lockable but you have to lock your children in. They can open the door from the inside, making it very unsafe. We had to separate the rooms to keep an adult in with each child. We were woken on the first night by the noisy crowd sleeping below arriving home at 1.30am. The noise travels so we couldn't go back to sleep until they went to sleep around 3.30am. The second night I was woken at 3am by the below occupant trying to enter my bedroom as they had mistaken the ground floor for the upstairs or misread the instructions of how to get in. This woke my daughter who then couldn't get back to sleep either. They need to separate the house if they are selling it as 2 separate bookings. The photos are also misleading as it shows a kitchen, there was no kitchen (maybe this is the other bookings photos but it's misleading). It is a shame as I can see the owners have kept the place clean and well maintained, I just feel they should highlight the layout, especially to families.

Very clean and warm place. Had everything you may need in one studio room, a little too packed with furniture, but still - offering full convenience with a lot of extras including a cot for the little one.

Spotlessly clean, great location for the airport or if you're visiting the city centre.

Garden could do with weeding and some seats outside as it was very hot inside.

I stayed with my 5 year old son and 6 year old daughter from Friday to Monday and everything met our needs, location was perfect, really close to everywhere we needed to go in the city and the local shops and cafe round the corner was great for chilled mornings, couldn’t fault it for anything and would definitely hope to stay there again if over in Bristol in future 😁
