They have rooms with great sea-views and also their very staff were very friendly and kind to the extent that they called grab motorbikes for me a couple of times.

The cleaning of the room seemed to have room for improvement. I felt somehow that this place has more upside potential in terms of guest review ratings if more attention be given to cleanness of the room and the hotel overall. Otherwise, this hotel warrants a rating of well above '9' in my opinion given its spectacular sea-views from rooms and the kind staff.

View was nice

Somehow didn't really feel like a really nice place. Can't explain.

1. The view was just awesome. 2. The AC worked properly. 3. The wifi was around 70 mbps, good for work. 4. The staff replied very quickly and everyone was very nice and helpful!

1. The bad smell from the bathroom. It was probably coming from the air vent: sometimes almost nothing, sometimes really stinky... 2. The maximum fridge temperature turned out to be room temperature. On the 1st day I didn't know that and ruined some food this way. The staff apologized and said all hotel fridges had this low capacity and offered to use the cafe fridge on the 1st floor. But why was it called 'fridge in the room' in the description then? It's only an imitation of fridge, like a cupboard. I think the hotel should change the description or fix the problem, otherwise it looks like a lie.

Location is good, near to the cruise port

Cleanliness and if you have big luggages it will be difficult to carry as you will need to go with stairs first then in the top lobby you can take the elevator to the room. The staffs carried them for us though. Thank you for that.

the property was far from how the photos looked. upon check in they didn’t have the rooms I had reserved available. the room had black mole and damp smell was given another room but it was just as bad. the hotel had very noisy guest staying and drink on the outdoor garden. guest were all slamming their doors.

It's located on the quiet side of the city, accessable in walking distance to the beach, food stalls, market, museum, local boat station. The rooms were as same as in the photos. The seaview was fantastic. The transparent elevator was pretty cool. My kids were happy staying there. The common space is a huge plus. We'll definately come back next time.

The location is good. I think that adult workers were Ok, but they didn't really work there during my stay, so I got to ask for help young ones and they were acting strange

VERY loud rooms on the 7th floor (don't know about other floors), I could hear other people taking shower at night and some strange consistent noise from the ??? who knows what. AC on the first floor didn't work. There is no common kitchen, so I don't understand why the put it in their amenities on booking. Even after asking the help stuff or relatives pretended to be customers and didn't want to help at all.
