Dining: We had breakfast at the main buffet restaurant and dinner at Sasa. We ordered a large variety of dishes for dinner, but unfortunately, nothing hit the mark. The food was just "okay." For a luxury resort, the culinary experience feels stagnant with zero improvement over the years Resort activities: Our trip was plagued by non-stop rain, which completely exposed the resort's lack of indoor management. Because it rained all day, outdoor options were wiped out, and the hotel offered absolutely no alternative indoor activities to keep guests engaged. We felt trapped and bored. The 5-Star Nickel-and-Diming: One of the most frustrating parts of the stay was the resort's policy on basic hospitality. If you feel dehydrated and want to order extra still water to your room, you have to pay for it. I have stayed at many true 5-star resorts where complimentary bottled water is unlimited. Charging guests for water feels incredibly cheap for a resort of this tier. Slow check-out: The check-out process took a tedious 15 minutes because the front desk still relies on sending housekeeping staff to physically inspect the room before you can leave. This rigid, old-school practice feels highly unprofessional, inefficient, and disrespectful of a guest's time.

Mình ngủ ở đây rất ngon. Con trai mình 15 tháng ngủ cả đêm không trằn trọc. Không khí ở đây mình đi mùa hè nhưng rất dễ chịu
