Apartamento muito limpo, organizado, bem equipado, igual às fotos. Gostei muito e pretendo voltar em breve.

The location

The sofa bed is not proper, the suite there was nonproper bed for sleeping

Location was good

Weather was hot and there was no air conditioning And only one fan for five people that’s why we couldn’t slept well. Internet was slow as well on the whole poor facilitation.

Cleaning

There was Cold and the bed was not too good

The building was covered in scaffolding, all house numbers were removed, the call boxes were hanging by string where they were dismounted from the electrical enclosure, and not labeled. The tags did not show our apartment number. We could guess where the building was by the adjacent building's addresses. We called the contact number and got an answering machine. We had plenty of time to find a hotel in Merano, check in, have a shower and a leisurely drink, and order dinner in the dining room before we got a call back from the management. For an ordinary tourist, this is a bad choice. On the other hand, if you want to avoid public places--say you are on the run from a process server--then this might work for you. Even if they had positive information that you were in the building, I doubt they could figure out how to serve you. The user experience could best be compared to the old Candid Camera television show, where ordinary people are put in awkward situations while the camera turns. My take-away from the experience is that the Booking.Com product is of very uneven quality.

I liked Sweating like a Pig tue to horrible Ventilation and beeing Crammed in 1 Room Without having even single Closet to Store my things.

Many hidden expenses of aprox 50 Euros for Parking Lot and "Clean Towels". Can compare the apartement to a sauna… Bathroom will flood if you shower for more than 2 minutes. The host of this apartement is very clever with advertisement which implies it is a good deal but there are a lot of expenses hidden in the fine print which you will not see unless you read everything in the fine print. The host also indirecrly implies that you will not be able to check in unless you pay for all the extras. Lesson learned the hard way this time. I did the mistake of booking this apartement. For you guys reading this. DONT BOOK from this host

Nothing to like about this apartement.

!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTEMENT. CLICKBAIT!!! Many hidden expenses of aprox 50 Euros extra for basic necessities as bed sheets and towels… Which where no where clean, full of hair and black particles. Spider web and dust on majority of the surfaces, Very poor air quality no ventilation. Can compare the apartement to a sauna… Bathroom will flood if you shower for more than 2 minutes. The kitchen surfaces was greasy and dirty.
